HOW IT WORKS
Upon purchase, you will provide contact information for your coach to reach you. After purchase, you coach will contact you and you will send over video of your serve.
Each serve analysis includes voice narration and illustration from your coach.
Your completed analysis will be sent back to the email that you provide in the form upon purchase. We will send our film analysis within 7 BUSINESS DAYS from the day the coach receives analysis. We work to give you analysis as soon as possible. In the event of delayed film or issues, we will notify you via email.
WHAT TO EXPECT
If you do not receive a confirmation email, we did NOT receive your purchase. With any issues regarding an order, contact support@cerebral-sports.com.
Our turnaround time for film analysis is 7 business days. You will receive the game analysis via the email you provided on the purchase form.
